Art Lease / Purchase
art251 is pleased to announce a new program to make owning art more attractive and affordable: art251 lease / purchase.

We work with our clients to determine which approach best suits their needs. Some clients may prefer to lease art for a low monthly fee, which gives the option to have art replaced and refreshed on a regular basis. Other customers may prefer a lease-to-purchase approach which gives them the ability to purchase work outright but spread the payments over a 12 or 24 month, or in some cases a 36 month, period.

Depending on a client?s individual or business tax status, renting and/or leasing art from art251, may offer attractive tax reducing strategies. Want to find out more? Give us a call at 817.898.1444 to

New Arrivals: The Fab 4 and “V”

art251 welcomed several new artists this October, including Jonathon Kimbrell and Richard Gaca.

Jonathon Kimbrell creates bold and colorful works in a pop-art, illustrative style. We are delighted to have one of his new works, a set of 4 mixed media pieces on panel of The Beatles, entitled, quite appropriately, ?Los Beatles?. The Fab Four have brought some added color to our turquoise walls. Here?s a sampling (Paul McCartney, of course).

Richard Gaca is a printmaker in the traditional mold. That means he uses time honored and labor intensive techniques such as mezzotint, chiaroscuro woodcut and cyanotype. His works exude rich velvety tones that are impossible to replicate in any other media. Richard’s mezzotint shown at left is entitled “V”. Mezzotint is a printmaking technique that produces extremely fine tones through roughening of a copper print plate with miniscule dots.

Come check out Jonathon’s and Richard’s work at art251. It’s so much better in person. To learn more about them, and all our other new arrivals, check out our Recent Arrivals page on the website.

Art Seminars
We’re taking the art251 show on the road. Starting this month we’re visiting local home owners associations (HOA) to debunk myths about art and purchasing art, unspinning the mystifying industry jargon and discussing things you ought to know before buying art.
Our first seminar – Art Collecting 101: Busting the Myths – will be at the Heritage HOA on November 11. If you’d like to learn more about this program, and schedule a seminar for your neighborhood HOA give us a call at: 817.898.1444 or send us an email via the website.

Warm Regards.
