We work with our clients to determine which approach best suits their needs. Some clients may prefer to lease art for a low monthly fee, which gives the option to have art replaced and refreshed on a regular basis. Other customers may prefer a lease-to-purchase approach which gives them the ability to purchase work outright but spread the payments over a 12 or 24 month, or in some cases a 36 month, period.

Richard Gaca is a printmaker in the traditional mold. That means he uses time honored and labor intensive techniques such as mezzotint, chiaroscuro woodcut and cyanotype. His works exude rich velvety tones that are impossible to replicate in any other media. Richard’s mezzotint shown at left is entitled "V". Mezzotint is a printmaking technique that produces extremely fine tones through roughening of a copper print plate with miniscule dots.
